What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to follow specific procedures established by Fitstop to address customer complaints. These procedures may include directives regarding customer refunds or providing discounts on future services at the Fitstop franchise.
Fitstop emphasizes that franchisees play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Therefore, if a customer raises a concern about their experience at a franchised location, Fitstop may mandate certain steps that the franchisee must take to resolve the issue.
This requirement ensures consistency across all Fitstop locations in handling customer service issues and maintaining brand reputation. It also gives Fitstop the ability to manage customer relations and protect the brand's image. Prospective franchisees should be prepared to adhere to these procedures and factor potential refunds or discounts into their operational costs.
