How will Fitstop franchisees access marketing, promotional, and presentation material?

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will have access to marketing, promotional, and presentation materials through the online system and the Manual(s). These materials include template emails, scripts, and presentation packs.

Fitstop may develop general marketing, advertising, or promotional activities for all franchises, and franchisees must comply with and actively participate in these campaigns. Fitstop uses the marketing fees paid by franchisees to cover the costs of these activities but reserves the right to request additional payments from franchisees if needed.

Fitstop franchisees must only display approved signs, posters, and advertising materials on the premises, maintaining them in good condition. Fitstop reserves the right to remove any unapproved or poorly maintained materials. Franchisees are also required to adhere to Fitstop's social media policy as described in the Manual(s), and any proposed social media activity not conforming to the manual must be approved in writing by Fitstop in advance.
