What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to the 2024 Fitstop Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop has the right to modify the range of services offered. If Fitstop deletes a service from the approved range, the franchisee must immediately stop offering or providing the deleted service.

This means that Fitstop franchisees must stay informed of any changes to the approved services, as they are obligated to comply immediately with any deletions. This could impact the franchisee's revenue if a popular service is removed. It is within Fitstop's right to protect or promote their commercial interests by making these changes.

This clause gives Fitstop significant control over the services offered at each franchise location. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential impact of service deletions on their business and discuss this aspect with existing franchisees during their due diligence.
