What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop has the right to modify the range of services offered. Specifically, Fitstop can add to or delete services by written notice or by amending the manuals. If Fitstop deletes a service, the franchisee must immediately stop offering or providing the deleted service.

This means that Fitstop franchisees must stay informed of any changes to the approved services, as they are obligated to discontinue any service that Fitstop removes. This could impact a franchisee's revenue if a popular service is removed, or require them to adapt their business model quickly.

Franchisees should pay close attention to communications from Fitstop regarding service offerings and updates to the manuals to ensure compliance. It is also important to factor in the potential for service changes when evaluating the profitability and sustainability of a Fitstop franchise.
