What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must cooperate with other Fitstop franchisees and System Business owners. Specifically, franchisees must adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the manuals or in writing by Fitstop, especially concerning members, membership contracts, and any member reciprocity, loyalty, or reward programs that Fitstop establishes or administers.

This requirement means that a Fitstop franchisee cannot operate in isolation but must actively participate in system-wide initiatives and programs. This cooperation extends to following established guidelines for member management and participating in loyalty programs designed to benefit the entire Fitstop network.

Failure to cooperate with these policies could lead to a breach of the franchise agreement, as Fitstop emphasizes the importance of a unified approach to maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction across all locations. Therefore, prospective franchisees should be prepared to engage with and support the broader Fitstop community.
