What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop franchisees must provide certain resources and access to Fitstop representatives during visits to the premises. Specifically, the franchisee must be present during such visits if requested by Fitstop, given prior notice.
During these visits, the franchisee is required to fully cooperate with Fitstop personnel. This cooperation includes making available any information, reports, accounts, books, records, orders, receipts, statements, and other information that Fitstop requests. Furthermore, franchisees must allow Fitstop to access the Franchise's computers and computer records.
These visits will typically occur during the franchisee's normal business hours and at the Franchise location, unless both parties agree to an alternative arrangement. This level of access allows Fitstop to monitor compliance and maintain consistency across all franchise locations.
