We will display the contact information of your Franchised Business on the website that we or our designee maintains to advertise and promote our brand, our Proprietary Marks and other Franchised Business locations, provided you follow the terms of your Franchise Agreement.
We will also have the right to discontinue operation of the Website at any time without notice to you.
We may require that you maintain and utilize a specific e-mail account in connection with the Franchised Business.
You may not establish or operate a website, web page, domain name, Internet address, blog, forum or email

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop will display the contact information of a franchisee's Franchised Business on its website. This is done to advertise and promote the Fitstop brand, its Proprietary Marks, and other Franchised Business locations. However, this is contingent upon the franchisee adhering to the terms outlined in the Franchise Agreement. Fitstop also retains the right to discontinue the website's operation at any time without prior notice.
Fitstop may also provide a sub-page on their website for franchisees to upload content promoting their specific Franchised Business. This subpage will be located at a subdomain specified by Fitstop. Franchisees are only allowed to upload content that aligns with the Franchise Agreement and any Subpage Standards issued by Fitstop. All content requires Fitstop's approval before being published, and any subsequent changes must also be submitted for approval. Fitstop can also discontinue the sub-page at any time.
Fitstop also has the option to design the website to take delivery orders from customers and route them to franchisees. The development of all online ordering systems will be the responsibility of Fitstop. These online platforms and sub-pages are subject to Fitstop's control and standards, ensuring brand consistency and quality across all online representations of the franchise.
