We will provide continuing assistance to you in the development and operation of the Franchise with scheduled meetings which may occur weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly with dedicated business performance coaches.
We will not and cannot, however, provide you with consultation related to employment practices

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop determines the details of its meetings, conferences, and annual conventions. The FDD states that Fitstop will make staff available for consultation on operations, advertising, promotion, and administration, as they determine appropriate.
Fitstop also provides continuing assistance in the development and operation of the franchise through scheduled meetings, which may occur weekly, monthly, or quarterly, with dedicated business performance coaches. Franchisees are required to adhere to Fitstop's System standards and specifications, which Fitstop may modify from time to time via the manuals or other prior written notice.
Fitstop also has the right to establish and operate a Member Loyalty Program, and franchisees must participate fully in any Member Loyalty Program that Fitstop decides to implement. The terms of participation will be set out in the manuals, and Fitstop may vary the terms of the Member Loyalty Program or withdraw materials for use in connection with it at any time with written notice.
