What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop will display the contact information of a franchisee's Fitstop business on its website, provided the franchisee follows the terms of their Franchise Agreement. Fitstop also retains the right to discontinue the website's operation at any time without notice.

This means that as a prospective Fitstop franchisee, your business's contact information will be listed on the Fitstop website to help promote your location. However, this is contingent on your adherence to the Franchise Agreement. It is important to carefully review the Franchise Agreement to understand what terms you must follow to ensure your contact information is displayed.

Fitstop's right to discontinue the website at any time without notice is a standard clause that protects the franchisor. While it is unlikely they would do so without a good reason, it is a risk factor to consider. It is also important to note that Fitstop may require franchisees to maintain and utilize a specific e-mail account in connection with the Franchised Business.
