What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the brand may provide instructional training to authorized instructors that franchisees wish to appoint from their personnel. These instructors will be authorized to provide approved services at the franchisee's location, consistent with Fitstop's system standards. As of the issue date of the FDD, Fitstop expects and intends to provide this training remotely.
Fitstop reserves the right to charge a training fee for any authorized instructor beyond the initial instructor team. The current training fee is $1,500.
For a prospective Fitstop franchisee, this means that while the initial instructor team's training is likely included, any subsequent instructors will incur a $1,500 training fee. This cost should be factored into the operational budget when considering staffing needs and potential turnover. It is important to note that this fee is subject to change, as Fitstop reserves the right to modify it.
