What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees may be required to attend additional or remedial training courses if deemed necessary by Fitstop. The cost for this training is Fitstop's then-current Training Fee, which is currently $500 per day per trainer. This fee applies to both the franchisee and their employees attending the training.

In addition to the training fee, the franchisee is responsible for covering all expenses incurred while attending the Additional/Remedial Training. These expenses could include travel, accommodation, meals, and any other costs associated with attending the training sessions.

Fitstop may also provide instructional training to authorized instructors, charging a training fee of $1,500 for any instructor beyond the initial instructor team. This fee structure highlights the ongoing investment franchisees may need to make in training and development to maintain brand standards and address any performance issues that may arise. Franchisees should factor in these potential costs when assessing the overall financial commitment of the franchise.
