What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fitstop is willing to provide System Instructor Training remotely to the franchisee and up to four additional individuals that the franchisee wishes to engage as their initial Authorized Instructors. However, a key condition is that these individuals must complete the training before they can undertake or perform any Approved Services to any of the Franchised Business clientele. This remote training offer is valid as of the Issue Date mentioned in Item 1 of the FDD.

This condition ensures that all instructors providing services under the Fitstop brand meet the required standards before interacting with customers. By requiring completion of the training upfront, Fitstop aims to maintain consistency and quality in service delivery across all franchise locations. This protects the brand's reputation and ensures customer satisfaction.

For a prospective Fitstop franchisee, this means they need to plan and schedule the training for their initial instructors accordingly. They cannot allow instructors to provide services to clients until the remote training is fully completed. This may impact the initial staffing and service launch timeline for the franchise, so it's crucial to factor this training requirement into the overall business plan.
