What This Means (2024 FDD)

According to Fitstop's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the specific Approved Services that a franchisee may and must offer are detailed in the Manual(s). These services are the only ones franchisees are allowed to provide at the premises or in connection with the Franchised Business, unless Fitstop agrees otherwise in writing.

Fitstop also directs that franchisees must ensure that these services are promoted and provided in accordance with the Franchise System, the Manual(s), and any written directions from Fitstop. Franchisees are expected to market and provide the services professionally, adhering to all applicable standards, statutory requirements, and any other requirements communicated by Fitstop in writing.

This means a prospective Fitstop franchisee needs to carefully review the Manual(s) to understand exactly what services they are obligated to offer. They should also be aware that Fitstop can change the list of Approved Services, so staying updated with any written notices or changes to the Manuals is crucial for compliance and operational planning.
