Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Tom Armenti has been our CEO, President and a member of our Board of Directors since we converted to a corporation in 2019. He was one of our Managing Members from our inception in 2013 until our conversion to a corporation. He has also been a Manager of FS Aurora, FSOC Fort Collins, FSOC Greeley, FSOC Loveland, and FS Lincoln Park since their inceptions (2021 for FS Aurora, 2023 for FS Lincoln Park, and 2022 for the other entities). He was a Manager for our former affiliate FSOC Boulder LLC ("FSOC Boulder"), which previously operated a FAT SHACK Restaurant in Boulder, Colorado, from its inception in April 2022 until September 2024. He also previously served as a Managing Member of Fat Shack Fort Collins LLC ("FS Fort Collins") and Fat Shack Loveland LCC ("FS Loveland") from each of their inceptions (July 1, 2011 for FS Fort Collins and August 11, 2016 for FS Loveland) until August 2022, when we transferred the operations of their businesses to FSOC Fort Collins and FSOC Loveland, respectively.
