What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Fat Shack's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, initial training includes both classroom and on-the-job training. The initial training program is approximately three to four days.
The training schedule includes 1 hour of classroom training for Sales & Marketing. In addition to classroom training, Fat Shack also provides on-the-job training for Sales & Marketing, which lasts 1 hour and takes place in either Denver or Fort Collins, Colorado.
