What This Means (2025 FDD)

Based on the 2025 Fat Shack Franchise Disclosure Document excerpts, the documents do not specify a particular person or department to whom communications regarding the franchise application should be directed. The excerpts focus on franchisee responsibilities, advertising guidelines, and the relationship between the franchisee and Fat Shack Franchising (FSI).

However, the document does highlight the importance of communication between the franchisee and FSI representatives. It states that franchisees must conduct themselves in a dignified, respectful, courteous, and professional manner in all communications with FSI's representatives. This suggests that there will be ongoing communication with various representatives of FSI throughout the franchise relationship.

To determine the appropriate contact person for application-related inquiries, prospective franchisees should directly ask the franchisor, Fat Shack Franchising (FSI), during their initial discussions. Clarifying this point early in the process will ensure efficient and effective communication.
