What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Fat Shack's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Fat Shack does not install fixtures, supplies, or equipment for its franchisees. However, Fat Shack will advise franchisees about approved suppliers of these items, including menu boards, posters, interior signs, and graphics.

This means that while Fat Shack provides guidance on where to source these items, the franchisee is responsible for the actual installation. This is a fairly standard practice in the franchise industry, as it allows franchisees to manage the installation process and potentially negotiate costs with local contractors.

Prospective Fat Shack franchisees should factor in the cost and time associated with the installation of these items when planning their initial investment and opening timeline. They should also ensure they understand Fat Shack's standards and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance.
