- 12.2.
Cross Default and Termination.
If Franchisee or any of its Affiliates defaults under any other agreement with Franchisor or any of its Affiliates (including any other franchise agreement or sublease), and such default is not cured within any permitted period, if any, as provided in such other agreement, such default is deemed a default under this Agreement.
If, as a result of such default or the exercise of any other termination right, Franchisor or its Affiliates terminate such other agreement, Franchisor may immediately terminate this Agreement on notice to Franchisee without providing Franchisee with any additional opportunity to cure.
Likewise, if Franchisee or any of its Affiliates defaults under this Agreement, such default is considered a default under any other agreement with Franchisor or any of its Affiliates (including, without limitation, any sublease or franchise agreement); and Franchisor may terminate any of such other agreements on notice to Franchisee without providing Franchisee with any additional opportunity to cure.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs FDD, if a franchisee defaults under any agreement with Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs or its affiliates, and the default isn't resolved within the specified period, it's considered a default under the Franchise Agreement.
If Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs or its affiliates terminate another agreement due to such a default, Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs can immediately terminate the Franchise Agreement by providing notice to the franchisee. The franchisee won't have an additional opportunity to fix the issue.
Similarly, if the franchisee defaults under the Franchise Agreement, Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs can terminate any other agreements with the franchisee by providing notice, without offering an additional chance to cure the default. This "cross default" provision means a problem in one area can trigger termination across all agreements between the franchisee and Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs.
