What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a multi-unit discount is available under specific conditions. The discount amounts to $5,000 off the initial franchise fee, effectively reducing it from the standard $15,000 to $10,000 for each subsequent franchise purchased. This discount does not apply to the first Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs Service Center purchased.

To be eligible for the multi-unit discount, a franchisee must meet certain criteria. First, they must already be an existing franchisee in good standing with Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs. Second, the purchase must be for their second or any subsequent franchise location. Finally, the franchisee cannot sell any of their Service Centers within six months after the sale where the multi-unit discount was applied. If a franchisee violates this condition by selling a Service Center within the six-month period, they are obligated to immediately pay Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs the $5,000 discount amount.

This multi-unit discount is designed to incentivize existing, successful franchisees to expand their operations with Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs. By offering a reduced initial franchise fee, Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs aims to encourage growth and strengthen its network of franchisees. The condition regarding the sale of Service Centers within six months is likely in place to prevent franchisees from taking advantage of the discount for short-term gains or speculative purposes, ensuring a commitment to long-term operation and development of each location.
