FAP Fees or other mall-specific advertising obligations imposed pursuant to the Lease, and such amounts shall be in addition to the costs of Local Advertising.
- (b) Franchise Advertising Program. In addition to the Local Advertising obligations under Section 4.3(a), Franchisee shall participate in Franchisor's franchise advertising program (the "FAP") by paying to Franchisor a continuing monthly fee (the "FAP Fee"). No later than the 10th day of each month during the Term, Franchisee shall pay Franchisor the FAP Fee for the prior month. The FAP Fee shall be equal to the latest amount specified by Franchisor and may increase from time to time as a result of an increase in Franchisor's advertising costs. According to Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Advertising Program (FAP) Fee is a continuing monthly fee that franchisees must pay to Fast Fix Jewelry And Watch Repairs.
