  • (e) Advertising Cooperative.

Franchisor reserves the right to establish and administer an advertising cooperative to promote the system in a specified advertising coverage area on a local or regional basis (a "Co-op").

Franchisor may require all Fast-Fix Service Center franchisees and Franchisorowned Fast-Fix Service Centers in the advertising coverage area to participate in the Co-op.

If Franchisee participates in a Co-op, Franchisee must contribute to the Co-op in such amounts as determined by Franchisor or by the Co-op.

Each Fast-Fix Service Center operating in the advertising coverage area will have one vote.

If Franchisee participates in a Co-op, Franchisee's Local Advertising requirement will be reduced by the amount contributed to the Co-op, up to the amount of the Local Advertising requirement.
