What is the total number of classroom training hours for the Face Foundrie Initial Training Program?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program includes a total of 54 hours of classroom training. This training covers various subjects, including onboarding calls (4 hours), overview prework (6 hours), esthetics prework (5 hours), introduction to Face Foundrié (1 hour), product/service overview (2 hours), operations (16 hours), technology/POS (8 hours), management tools (6 hours), inventory/suppliers (4 hours), and accounting/finance (2 hours). All of these classroom training hours are conducted online or virtually.

In addition to the classroom training, Face Foundrie also provides on-the-job training at the corporate headquarters and a corporate store. The on-the-job training includes product training (2 hours), protocol hands-on (36 hours), BLVD model/test out (20 hours), and store shadow (3 hours), totaling 64 hours.
