What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, besides its affiliate, Face Foundrié Products L.L.C., there are currently no other approved suppliers in which any of Face Foundrie's officers hold an interest. Face Foundrié Products L.L.C. received $305,974.74 in the last fiscal year, which ended December 31, 2024, as a result of franchisee purchases of goods or services.
This means that, apart from the affiliate, Face Foundrie franchisees are not obligated to purchase goods or services from suppliers with officer affiliations. However, Face Foundrie estimates that required purchases and leases from designated or approved suppliers account for a significant portion of a franchisee's expenses. These are approximately 80% to 90% of the total cost of establishing a Facial Bar and approximately 85% to 95% of the total cost of operating it.
It is important to note that Face Foundrie retains the right to designate itself or its affiliates as approved suppliers of additional items in the future, potentially even as the sole supplier of certain items. In such cases, franchisees would be required to purchase those items directly from Face Foundrie or its affiliate at their current prices. This could impact a franchisee's costs and sourcing options over time.
