What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee covers certain technologies used in the operation of your Facial Bar. The then-current fee is $400 per month, but Face Foundrie may increase this fee upon notice. This fee currently includes website hosting, at least two email addresses per Facial Bar, and access to Face Foundrie's electronic systems.
It's important to note that the Technology Fee does not include the subscription to Face Foundrie's designated business management software, which franchisees will pay directly to that provider. Face Foundrie retains the right to upgrade, modify, and add new technology and/or software, and franchisees will be responsible for any increase in fees that result from these changes.
Prospective franchisees should be aware that the Technology Fee is due monthly, starting on the first day of the month after the Facial Bar opens. Franchisees should budget accordingly and stay informed of any potential fee increases or additional software costs to maintain compliance with Face Foundrie's technology requirements.
