What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the topics covered in the Initial Training Program are found in the Operations Manual.
The table of contents of the Operations Manual is included as Exhibit D in the FDD. The manual covers a range of topics, including an introduction to Face Foundrié, franchisee relationship expectations, establishing the Face Foundrié business, licenses and permits, insurance, supplier and build out information, facility set up, and the Fresh Face Starter Kit.
Additionally, the manual includes information about finance, such as EIN and paying taxes, bank account setup, and franchising fees. It also covers employer policies, state employee laws, operations, daily procedures, customer service standards, company policies, technology and point of sale (POS) systems, BLVD University, and the Face Foundrié training platform.
