What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'Approved Location' is the site that the Area Developer secures and Face Foundrie approves. The Area Developer is responsible for identifying and securing a location for each Face Foundrie Facial Bar.

Before signing a lease, the Area Developer must submit it to Face Foundrie for review and approval. If this isn't possible, the Area Developer can sign the lease if the lessor agrees in writing that the lease is void if Face Foundrie doesn't approve it. Face Foundrie's approval might depend on specific provisions they require in the lease.

Face Foundrie approval of a site doesn't guarantee its suitability or success. It only means Face Foundrie believes the site meets their minimum criteria at the time of evaluation. Demographic and economic factors can change, affecting the site's potential, and Face Foundrie isn't responsible if an approved site doesn't meet the Area Developer's expectations for revenue or operations.
