What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie provides very limited site selection assistance to franchisees. Face Foundrie will provide its criteria for site approval, but the franchisee is responsible for identifying and acquiring a site acceptable to Face Foundrie. Face Foundrie will not visit the search area.

As the franchisee identifies potential locations, they must notify Face Foundrie, who will then review the site based on criteria they deem appropriate. The franchisee is responsible for providing any information Face Foundrie requests about potential sites. If Face Foundrie does not approve a site within thirty days after receiving all requested information, the site is considered disapproved.

Face Foundrie's approval of a site does not make them responsible for the franchisee's performance at that location. After Face Foundrie approves a site and the franchisee secures it, Face Foundrie will complete an exhibit to the franchise agreement, indicating the approved location and the protected territory. The franchisee must also use Face Foundrie's required lease rider.
