What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to provide their bank account information to Face Foundrie at least 30 days before opening their Facial Bar. This includes the bank name, address, account number, and a voided check.
Furthermore, franchisees must complete an Electronic Funds Withdrawal and Credit Card Authorization form, included as Exhibit D to the Franchise Agreement. This authorization allows Face Foundrie to charge the franchisee's credit card for any amounts owed under the Franchise Agreement or any other agreement.
This indicates that Face Foundrie does retain franchisee credit card information for the purpose of processing payments related to the franchise agreement. Franchisees should be aware of this and understand the terms and conditions outlined in Exhibit D regarding how and when their credit card may be charged.
