Can a Face Foundrie Salon Manager supervise or manage additional Face Foundrie Facial Bars?

Face_Foundrie Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Your Salon Manager must devote full time and best efforts to the supervision of your Facial Bar and shall not engage in any other business, including the supervision or management of any additional Face Foundrié Facial Bar(s).

Each Face Foundrié Facial Bar must have a different Salon Manager.

You acknowledge and agree that the appointment of a Salon Manager will not relieve your Operating Partner of his or her supervisory responsibilities for the operation of your Facial Bar.

You and your Operating Partner shall remain fully responsible for your Salon Manager's performance.

In the event that your Salon Manager leaves your employment, dies or becomes disabled, or ceases to meet our qualifications, your Operating Partner must immediately assume day-to-day operational management and supervision of your Facial Bar on a full-time basis until the appointment of a new Salon Manager who meets Franchisor's qualifications and is approved by Franchisor.

A replacement Salon Manager must be appointed within sixty (60) days after the departure of your previous Salon Manager.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a Salon Manager is explicitly prohibited from supervising or managing additional Face Foundrie Facial Bars. The FDD states that the Salon Manager must devote their full time and best efforts to supervising a single Face Foundrie location. Each Face Foundrie Facial Bar must have a different Salon Manager.

This requirement ensures that each location receives dedicated supervision. The franchisee's Operating Partner is not relieved of their supervisory responsibilities even with a Salon Manager in place, and both remain responsible for the Salon Manager's performance.

If a Salon Manager leaves, becomes unable to perform their duties, or no longer meets Face Foundrie's qualifications, the Operating Partner must immediately take over the day-to-day management until a qualified replacement is found. A replacement Salon Manager must be appointed within sixty (60) days. This highlights the critical role of both the Salon Manager and the Operating Partner in maintaining consistent operations and service quality at each Face Foundrie Facial Bar.
