We have the right to independently access your electronic information and data through our proprietary data management and intranet system, and to collect and use your electronic information and data in any manner we choose to promote the development of the System and the sale of franchises. There is no contractual limitation on our right to receive or use information through our proprietary data management and intranet system. You are solely responsible for protecting yourself from viruses, computer hackers, and other communications and computer-related problems. We strongly recommend that your computer system be used for business purposes only, and not for entertainment, personal social networking site access, or other matters unrelated to your business.

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie has the right to access a franchisee's electronic information and data. There are no contractual limitations on Face Foundrie's right to receive or use information obtained through its proprietary data management and intranet system. The franchisee is solely responsible for protecting their systems from viruses, hackers, and other computer-related problems. Face Foundrie recommends that the franchisee's computer system be used strictly for business purposes, avoiding entertainment, personal social networking, or other non-business-related activities.
Face Foundrie may also require franchisees to sign a software license agreement to regulate the use of proprietary software or technology. They may also charge a monthly fee for the use of this software, as well as for maintenance and support services provided during the term of the Franchise Agreement. This level of access and control is fairly typical in franchising, as it allows the franchisor to monitor performance, ensure compliance, and protect the brand's integrity.
