Who is responsible for travel and living expenses for a replacement Operating Partner attending Face Foundrie training?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses and wages incurred in connection with any replacement Operating Partner attending training sessions. The franchisee is also responsible for Face Foundrie's training fee for the replacement Operating Partner. The replacement Operating Partner must successfully complete the initial training program no more than thirty (30) days after being appointed. However, Face Foundrie may offer an abbreviated training program for approved successor or replacement Salon Managers who previously served in designated positions at the Facial Bar.
