What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is responsible for the travel and living expenses when the franchisee, the Operating Partner, and/or one or more of the managers of the Facial Bar are required to attend conferences offered by Face Foundrie.
In addition to covering travel and living expenses, the franchisee must also pay Face Foundrie's then-current registration fee for each person attending the conference. This means that attending required conferences can represent a significant additional cost for the franchisee, beyond the initial franchise fee and ongoing royalties.
Prospective franchisees should factor in these potential conference costs when evaluating the overall financial investment required to operate a Face Foundrie franchise. It would be prudent to inquire about the frequency, location, and estimated costs of these conferences to better understand the potential financial impact on their business.
