What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie retains the right to conduct on-site inspections during the construction of a franchisee's Facial Bar. Face Foundrie also reserves the right to charge a fee for these inspections, as well as require the franchisee to reimburse Face Foundrie for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the inspections. These expenses include costs related to transportation, lodging, and meals for the Face Foundrie representatives conducting the on-site inspections.
This means that as a Face Foundrie franchisee, you should be prepared for the possibility of on-site inspections by Face Foundrie during the construction phase of your Facial Bar. These inspections are intended to ensure that the construction aligns with Face Foundrie's standards and specifications.
Furthermore, you should budget for the potential costs associated with these inspections, including inspection fees, transportation, lodging, and meal expenses for Face Foundrie personnel. This could add a significant expense to the initial investment required to open a Face Foundrie franchise, so it's important to factor it into your financial planning.
