What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie retains the right to modify the System's methods, procedures, and quality standards. The FDD specifies that the distinguishing features of the Face Foundrie system include services, products, methods, procedures, protocols, and quality standards, all of which may be changed, improved, and further developed by Face Foundrie from time to time. This clause grants Face Foundrie considerable latitude in adapting the brand's operational framework.
For a prospective Face Foundrie franchisee, this means that the specific services, products, operational methods, and quality standards in place when they initially invest in the franchise may evolve over time. Face Foundrie has the authority to introduce new facial treatments, alter product offerings, revise operational procedures, and adjust quality benchmarks as it sees fit. Franchisees must adapt to these changes to remain compliant with the Face Foundrie system.
This flexibility allows Face Foundrie to maintain brand consistency and competitiveness, respond to market trends, and implement best practices across all franchise locations. However, it also places a responsibility on franchisees to stay informed about any modifications to the system and to invest in any necessary training or equipment to implement these changes effectively. While such changes aim to improve the overall system, franchisees should be prepared for potential costs and adjustments to their business operations as a result of these franchisor-led updates.
