What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie is not required to provide prospective suppliers with standards and specifications for formulas. Face Foundrie retains the right to deem this information confidential.
However, Face Foundrie does maintain the right to inspect supplier facilities and require samples for evaluation. The franchisee bears the cost of this evaluation, which is the greater of $2,500 or the reasonable cost of evaluation and testing, including travel expenses incurred by Face Foundrie. Face Foundrie will notify the franchisee of approval or disapproval within 90 days of the request and completion of testing.
Face Foundrie may deny approval for any reason, including limiting the number of approved suppliers. Franchisees are required to purchase products and supplies that conform to Face Foundrie's standards and specifications, and only from approved suppliers. If a supplier or item is disapproved, the franchisee must cease using or selling the item and stop purchasing from the disapproved supplier.
