Who is required to attend the Face Foundrie mandatory training?

Face_Foundrie Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

The Operating Partner and your Salon Manager must attend mandatory training at our headquarters or another place we designate, and complete our Initial Training Program to our satisfaction before you open your Facial Bar.

While we do not charge for this training, you must pay for airfare, meals, transportation costs, salaries, benefits, lodging, and incidental expenses for all initial training attendees.

Costs vary depending on the distance traveled, the type of lodging, and the arrangements you have with any training attendees.

If you bring additional personnel beyond those required to attend the Initial Training Program, your costs may be higher.

This estimate also includes the payroll-related costs associated with pre-opening training of your personnel in your Facial Bar.
