Face_Foundrie Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Lease of Premises

You must purchase or lease a retail space for your Facial Bar that meets our standards and specifications. We must approve your location; we have the right to review, evaluate, and approve your proposed lease before execution. We may condition our approval of any proposed lease on, among other things, the execution of a Lease Rider where your landlord grants us the right to assume your rights and obligations under the lease in the event that you breach your lease agreement or your Franchise Agreement is terminated or expires. We may require you to deliver executed copies of the lease and the Lease Rider to us within five days of receiving a request from us. Our current form of Lease Rider is attached as Exhibit G to the Franchise Agreement.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to either purchase or lease a retail space for their Facial Bar. The location of this space is subject to Face Foundrie's approval, and the space must meet the brand's standards and specifications.

Face Foundrie retains the right to review and approve a franchisee's proposed lease before it is executed. As a condition of approving the lease, Face Foundrie may require the franchisee's landlord to sign a Lease Rider. This rider would grant Face Foundrie the right to assume the franchisee's obligations and rights under the lease if the Franchise Agreement is terminated or expires, or if the franchisee breaches the lease agreement.

Face Foundrie may require franchisees to provide executed copies of both the lease and the Lease Rider within five days of a request from Face Foundrie. The current form of the Lease Rider is included as Exhibit G to the Franchise Agreement.
