Answer from 2025 FDD Document

There are currently no purchasing or distribution cooperatives within the System. In the future, we may require you to (i) become a member of purchasing and/or distribution cooperatives/associations/programs designated by us and/or established by us for the System, (ii) remain a member in good standing of such groups or programs and (iii) pay all membership dues or fees on purchases that are assessed by such groups or programs.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie may require franchisees to become members of purchasing or distribution cooperatives, associations, or programs. While there are currently no purchasing or distribution cooperatives within the Face Foundrie system, the company retains the right to mandate membership in the future. This includes the possibility of Face Foundrie establishing these groups themselves.

If Face Foundrie implements such a requirement, franchisees would need to maintain good standing within these organizations. This involves paying all membership dues or fees assessed on purchases made through the cooperatives or programs.

This potential requirement could impact a franchisee's operating costs and supply chain management. Franchisees should inquire about the likelihood of these cooperatives being established, the potential costs involved, and the benefits they might offer in terms of pricing or operational efficiencies.
