Radius/Relocation.
Any radius restrictions or relocation provisions found in the Lease are hereby deleted and of no further force or effect.
Tenant's Signage.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Lease to the contrary or in conflict, Landlord hereby grants and approves the following signage rights:

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Face Foundrie Franchise Disclosure Document, any radius restrictions or relocation provisions found in the lease are deleted and have no effect. This benefits the franchisee, as the landlord cannot enforce such provisions.
However, the franchisee may not conduct business at any site other than the approved premises or relocate the Facial Bar without Face Foundrie's prior written consent. If a relocation is approved, the franchisee bears the sole cost and expense. Face Foundrie has the right to charge a relocation fee of $1,000 plus any expenses Face Foundrie incurs in facilitating the relocation.
This means that while the landlord cannot impose radius restrictions or relocation limitations, Face Foundrie itself retains control over where the franchisee operates and whether they can move locations. The franchisee needs to obtain Face Foundrie's approval for any relocation and be prepared to cover the associated costs and fees.
