Does Face Foundrie provide ongoing training programs after the Facial Bar opens?

Following the opening of your Facial Bar and during its operation, we will:
- (d) Provide periodic and ongoing training programs for you and/or your Operating Partner and your other personnel, as we deem appropriate. This training is described in detail later in this Item 11. (Section 4.03 of the Franchise Agreement)
If, at any time during your operation of the Facial Bar, you request that we provide additional training or assistance, or if we determine that you require additional training or assistance, you must pay our then-current per diem training fee for each trainer, currently $400 per trainer per day, and you must reimburse us for all outof-pocket costs and expenses incurred by our trainers associated with the additional training, including travel, lodging, meals and other reasonable expenses.
We may periodically conduct a conference, convention, program, or training session, including, if we establish one, our annual franchise convention for all System franchise owners at a location that we choose and approve. We will determine the duration, curriculum, and location of these events. You and your Operating Partner must attend each conference, convention, program, or training session. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie does provide periodic and ongoing training programs for franchisees, their Operating Partners, and other personnel as deemed appropriate.
This ongoing training is one of the post-opening services Face Foundrie offers to help franchisees operate their Facial Bars effectively. Face Foundrie also provides periodic guidance, updates to the Operations Manual, notifications of changes to the list of approved suppliers, administration of the System Marketing Fund, and periodic inspections of the Facial Bar.
Face Foundrie may also conduct conferences, conventions, programs, or training sessions, including an annual franchise convention, which franchisees and their Operating Partners must attend. The franchisor determines the duration, curriculum, and location of these events. Face Foundrie may also require all Facial Bar managers, including replacement managers, to attend.
