What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Gross Sales figures for franchised Facial Bars reflect sales reported through their point of sales system between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025. This data is specifically for the 34 franchised locations that were in operation for the entirety of that 12-month reporting period. The FDD indicates that these figures have not been audited.
It's important to note that the reported Gross Sales do not include data from 14 franchised Facial Bars that opened during 2024 but after April 1, 2024, as these locations were not open for the full reporting period. Additionally, the figures include data from one former corporate Facial Bar that was purchased by a franchisee in December 2024.
Face Foundrie organizes the Gross Sales data into quartiles to show the range of performance among its franchised locations. This allows prospective franchisees to see how different locations performed relative to each other during the same period. The FDD also presents data based on the number of years a Facial Bar has been in operation (start-up, ramp-up, and maturity phases), providing further insight into the potential performance at different stages of the business lifecycle. These metrics can help a potential franchisee understand what to expect as their business matures.
