The Initial Training Program may be held elsewhere in the future at our discretion. What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Operating Partner and Salon Manager must complete the Initial Training Program at least 60 days prior to opening the Facial Bar. This requirement ensures that key personnel are adequately trained before the location begins operations. The Initial Training Program consists of nine days of in-person training and four days of virtual training for the Operating Partner and Salon Manager.

Face Foundrie does not charge for the initial training of three people; however, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred while attending the training. If the franchisee wishes to send additional employees, they may be charged a training fee of $1,200 per attendee, plus costs. Face Foundrie may also require assistant managers to attend the Initial Training Program at their discretion.

If the Operating Partner and Salon Manager do not complete the initial training to Face Foundrie's satisfaction, Face Foundrie may terminate the Franchise Agreement. This underscores the importance of thorough preparation and adherence to Face Foundrie's training standards. This requirement helps ensure consistent service quality and brand standards across all Face Foundrie locations.
