What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must use the QuickBooks online accounting platform. As of the date of the FDD, the cost for QuickBooks ranges from $45 to $90 per month. This cost is separate from the facial bar management software, which costs $375 per month, or $425 to $625 if optional texting capabilities are added.
In addition to QuickBooks, Face Foundrie franchisees must also use the franchisor's designated financial performance data reporting platform. The cost for this platform is included in the Technology Fee paid to the franchisor. The Technology Fee is currently $400 per month, but Face Foundrie reserves the right to increase this fee during the term of the Franchise Agreement for additional technology needs.
Prospective franchisees should factor in these ongoing technology costs when evaluating the financial feasibility of a Face Foundrie franchise. It is also important to note that Face Foundrie does not provide support for any third-party software other than what they designate.
