What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Face Foundrie holds an annual convention, you are required to pay the annual convention registration fee once per year. This fee covers the registration for each attendee. As of the FDD date, the fee is $600 per attendee for early registration, but Face Foundrie may increase this fee annually.
Note 6 in Item 6 clarifies that the person holding a controlling interest in your business and your Operating Partner (if different) must attend the annual convention each year, if one is held. If you wish to send additional people to the annual convention, you will pay an additional registration fee for each person.
This means that at a minimum, you should budget $600 per year for yourself and $600 for your operating partner to attend the Face Foundrie annual convention, assuming you register early and the fee does not increase. If you want to send additional staff members, you will need to factor in the additional registration costs. It is important to note that attendance is mandatory for the controlling interest holder and operating partner, so this is a required expense if Face Foundrie holds a convention.
