What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, following the opening of a Facial Bar, Face Foundrie will periodically inspect the Facial Bar and its operations as they deem necessary. These inspections are conducted to assist franchisees in complying with the Franchise Agreement and all System standards. Based on these inspections, Face Foundrie will provide advice to the franchisee.

This periodic inspection is a post-opening service that Face Foundrie provides to its franchisees. The frequency of these inspections is determined by Face Foundrie, based on their assessment of what is necessary to ensure compliance and maintain system standards. This implies that some franchisees may receive more frequent inspections than others, depending on their operational performance and adherence to the Franchise Agreement.

For a prospective Face Foundrie franchisee, this means that they should be prepared for periodic evaluations of their business. These inspections are intended to be helpful, providing advice and guidance to improve operations and maintain brand consistency. However, franchisees should also recognize that these inspections are a mechanism for Face Foundrie to enforce compliance and protect its brand standards. Therefore, maintaining consistent adherence to the Franchise Agreement and operational standards is crucial for a smooth relationship with the franchisor.
