What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company offers franchises to both qualified legal entities and individual persons. This means that you can apply for a Face Foundrie franchise as a corporation, limited liability company, partnership, or as an individual. However, if you choose to operate as a corporation, partnership, or LLC, your owners will be required to guarantee your obligations and comply with the terms outlined in the franchise agreement and related documents. This is a common practice in franchising, as it provides the franchisor with additional security and ensures that the individuals behind the entity are personally invested in the success of the franchise.

Face Foundrie also offers Area Development Agreements to qualified individuals, allowing them to develop multiple locations within a specific territory. The minimum number of locations required under an Area Development Agreement is two. If you enter into an Area Development Agreement, you will also need to sign a Franchise Agreement for your first location. For each additional location developed under the Area Development Agreement, you will sign a separate Franchise Agreement, which may differ from the initial agreement.

It is important to note that Face Foundrie requires all franchisees to operate their facial bars according to the standards and specifications set forth in the franchise agreement and operations manual. This includes using the designated business format, procedures, designs, trade dress, and customer service standards. Franchisees must also use the Face Foundrié name and other trademarks. While franchisees are expected to follow the System, Face Foundrié may add or delete products and/or services and change, improve, add to, and further develop the specifications, standards, procedures, methods of operation and other elements of their System.
