What is the name of the medical spa developed by Face Foundrie's affiliate, Laserie Edina LLC?

Face_Foundrie Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

Our affiliate Laserie Edina LLC has developed and opened in 2025 a medical spa under the "Lasérie"Ô trademark that will offer, under the oversight of a medical director, non-surgical aesthetic medical treatments, such as laser treatments and injectables, and feature a robot that makes skincare goods for post-treatment needs. We anticipate that the skincare products sold by Lasérie will be limited to those related to post-treatment needs

and that skincare product offerings will comprise 10% or less of Lasérie's sales. This affiliate operates the medical spa in Minnesota and may itself or through other affiliates develop and operate additional locations, including in other states. Neither Laserie Edina LLC nor its affiliates, as of the date of this Disclosure Document, have plans to franchise this business, but may do so in the future. A Lasérie location may solicit or accept customers within your Territory or Development Territory. Due to the separate brand identity and unique and distinct service offerings that a Lasérie location is expected to offer, we do not anticipate material conflicts between your Facial Bar and a Lasérie location with respect to territories or customers, although there may be overlap in the targeted customer base of each brand. Laserie Edina LLC has the same principal address as ours. We do not currently maintain physically separate offices or training facilities from Laserie Edina LLC.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Laserie Edina LLC, an affiliate of Face Foundrie, has developed a medical spa operating under the trademark "Lasérie". This medical spa, which opened in 2025, provides non-surgical aesthetic medical treatments such as laser treatments and injectables under the supervision of a medical director. It also features a robot that creates skincare goods tailored for post-treatment needs.

The FDD indicates that the skincare products sold at the "Lasérie" medical spa are expected to be limited to those needed after treatments, comprising 10% or less of the spa's total sales. The affiliate currently operates the medical spa in Minnesota and may expand to other locations in different states in the future, either directly or through other affiliates.

While there are no current plans to franchise the "Lasérie" business, the FDD mentions that this may change in the future. A "Lasérie" location is permitted to solicit or accept customers within a Face Foundrie franchisee's territory. However, Face Foundrie anticipates that there will not be significant conflicts between a franchisee's Facial Bar and a "Lasérie" location because of the separate brand identity and unique service offerings, although there may be some overlap in the customer base.
