What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Technology Fee is due monthly, starting on the first day of the month after the date the Facial Bar opens. The current Technology Fee is $400 per month, but Face Foundrie may increase this fee with notice.
The Technology Fee covers certain technologies used in the operation of the Face Foundrie Facial Bar, including website hosting, at least two email addresses per Facial Bar, and access to Face Foundrie's electronic systems. However, it does not include the subscription to the designated business management software, which the franchisee will pay directly to that provider.
Face Foundrie retains the right to upgrade, modify, and add new technology and/or software, and the franchisee will be responsible for any increase in fees that result from these changes. Franchisees should budget for potential increases to this fee as Face Foundrie updates its technology offerings.
