What is the minimum transfer fee for a Face Foundrie franchise?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee who wishes to transfer their franchise must pay a transfer fee. The minimum transfer fee is $10,000. However, the actual transfer fee could be higher if the franchisor's legal, accounting, training, and other expenses related to the transfer exceed that amount. In that case, the franchisee would be responsible for reimbursing Face Foundrie for the full amount of those expenses.

The transferee, along with their Operating Partner if the transferee isn't an individual, must also complete any required training programs at their own expense. Finally, the franchisee must sign a general release of claims against Face Foundrie.
