What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Marketing Contribution fee is due monthly before the 5th day of each month. This payment covers Gross Sales from the prior month and continues throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement. Face Foundrie will debit the franchisee's bank account for this fee.
"Gross Sales" for the purpose of calculating the Marketing Contribution, includes revenues from products, merchandise, and services at the Facial Bar, whether paid in cash, credit, or other forms. Deductions from Gross Sales are allowed for refunds, allowances, discounts, and sales taxes already remitted to governmental authorities.
Face Foundrie requires franchisees to authorize electronic fund transfers from their bank accounts for all Royalty Fees, Marketing Contributions, Technology Fees, and other fees. Franchisees must submit Gross Sales reports by the 5th day of each month, or another date established by Face Foundrie. If a franchisee fails to report Gross Sales, Face Foundrie may debit the account for 120% of the last Royalty Fee and Marketing Contribution debited. Adjustments are made if the debited amounts do not align with the actual fees owed, with either additional debits or credits applied as necessary.
